We currently ship from the East Coast of the United States to the following destinations: Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Iceland, Ireland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, New Zealand, Norway, Puerto Rico, Scotland, Sweden, Switzerland, United States, and Wales. Import restrictions and other factors prevent us from shipping to other destinations. We do not ship to poste restante addresses, package forwarders or other addresses that provide for redirection of the shipment.
How much will it cost to ship?
Within the United States, shipping is free via Media Mail! However, you may choose faster Priority Mail and Express Mail shipping at an additional charge. A single standard deck typically costs $4.05 to ship via Priority Mail. Shipments to destinations outside the United States are now shipped via Global Express Mail only - the cost varies by country and is automatically calculated based on U.S. Postal Service rates at checkout. Global Express Mail has tracking functionality - a feature that our customers have requested.
How long will it take to arrive?
Transit time depends on distance and the shipping method selected, and other factors such as customs clearance requirements. If there are any discrepancies in your order, including issues identified by our credit card verification services, we may need to hold your order for several days to resolve the discrepancies before shipping.
Will I have to pay import duties?
It depends on your country's laws . If your shipment is subject to import duties or other taxes, you will be responsible for paying those duties and taxes, either through the carrier or directly to the customs house. We cannot declare shipments as gifts on customs forms to avoid import duties.
PLEASE NOTE THAT SHIPMENTS TO CANADA ARE TYPICALLY ASSESSED A CUSTOMS HANDLING CHARGE OF CDN$5.00 TO CDN$8.00 PLUS DUTIES/TAXES, WHICH THE POSTAL SERVICE WILL COLLECT FROM YOU.
When should I ship during holidays?
The carriers sometimes experience delays due to high traffic volumes during holidays, particularly in December. Accordingly, we recommend that you shop as early as possible if your purchase is intended as a holiday gift. Christmas gifts ideally should be purchased before December 15th with expedited shipping such as Priority or Express.
